MYSTERY TRIP TODAY

“Put your walking shoes on”, Tom announced this morning! Where are we going I asked, but all he would tell me was to get ready and lets get going!

We crossed the Lion’s Gate Bridge and headed off into Stanley Park and instantly ran into some interesting things!

We got stuck in some road construction traffic, so I got out and took this picture of where we live on the North Shore.

We are just to the right of the tall building in the middle with that “thingy” sticking up! Three floors from the top!

Collision Course? Naw!!!

This truck was just a smidgen too tall for this bridge!!

The poor Asian driver, was in a quandary as to what to do, and Tom told him to just let the air out of the tires! I thought it was a good idea, but we didn’t stick around to find out what he did . I doubt they raised the bridge!

The Sea Wall, in Stanley Park is still very pretty!

Passed a statue to Robert Service….my father’s favourite poet!

The Mystery Tour took us to the parking lot of the Vancouver Aquarium!

What an adorable little otter! I love watching them play and acting for the crowd.

Looking at the Beluga Whales from underwater! They are SO big!

Apparently, they love when the birds land close and the Beluga's make little squeaky sounds at them.

The grey one is a baby.

The Dolphin show was fantastic and so much fun to watch!

Keep an eye on this seagull, while the Dolphin show was going on. They watched closely for any chance of stealing food from them. Tom was watching earlier and a seagull swooped down and grabbed a whole hot dog out of a little girls hands, and had it swallowed whole before he landed! The poor little girl didn’t know what happened, it was so quick! I wished I had caught that picture!

He stole his fish from the Dolphin and away he went! Rotten little thieves!

Little thief is at it again and successfully also!

I took MANY more pictures, in fact I used up all my battery, so I ended up missing lots too!!!

But, what a great afternoon! I wonder what we’ll do tomorrow!

Three months results re: Kidney Test, yesterday and my results we’re better then the last time! Everything is good so far!!
