GOING BACK A FEW DAYS

Well, I can't get the updated version of Blogger to work as it was doing a few days ago, and it's like going around in circles to find an answer as to why. It's been driving me insane!!
The best I found out is to go back to the older, slower version on Blogger that also is a pain to use! Nothing stays where it should! Also, it's going to shortly be removed, so if I can't find a solution, soon, I'm going to have to change to a different blog site.
I lost the best blog site called Window's Live Writer, when I foolishly switched to a Mac computer.

So, going back a few days, takes us to Saturday night, when we had been invited to Tom's sister, Isabelle and husband Ken's place for dinner.

This is Ken and he's making us planked sockeye salmon! It had a whisky sauce over it and oh, was it delicious!

Looks like Tom is sniffing the delicious aroma!
Not the typical grandmother....funky haircut with mixed colour streak!
You Go Girl!

Sunday morning, it was up early and off to breakfast with Tom's other side of the family. I had the camera on the table and was even handling it, and forgot to take a picture!!
But, it was Meredith and husband Dave, and Dave's parents Jen and Ed, Martin and Joan, and Tom and myself.
I took a few pictures outside though.

This old statue gets many hugs!
Now, onto my walk the next day to walk off all that food!

Yup, you guessed where my walk went...down to my favourite spot, along the water, to the Lagoon, Doggie Park, Park Royal for coffee and back home again!
It's just a beautiful walk and it changes with whatever time of day you go, with the tide either in or out, the amount of people with dogs, which are a joy to watch, the way the sun shines on the water, the seals poking their heads out waiting for me to click the camera and on cue, they dive beneath the surface and I get zip!
A whole flock of birds flew over and I nearly dropped the camera to cover my head, but clicked it quick and got these guys! They missed me this time!

Can you blame me for loving this walk? See that little spot in the water on the left side...that's the seal..one of them!
Neat old log eh?
Now, it's the next day...same walk, only earlier and with Patricia, my friend.
This is not Patricia!
The beautiful swans graced us with their appearance on this morning.
The ducks love Patricia, she has goodies!

Well, Blogger won't let me add more pictures right now, and I'm tired anyway, and now going to pray that this will come out properly. I'm sure Blogger will make my pictures small as can be.
Here's hoping it comes through to you okay!
